I downloaded a few Windows 7 themes from deviantART (the one I'm specifically trying to work with is Soft7 2.0) and set them up by placing the themes in C: Windows Resources Themes, then applying them. The theme showed up fine and worked, and then I proceeded to replace ExplorerFrame.dll, manually. I'm experiencing a bug with the theme, the scroll bar lines (as seen in the pictures) don't appear as lines as they should considering this is a Windows 7 theme, instead for me they appear as strange looking dots, I'm running the anniversary version of Windows 10, I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it but I've installed the corresponding theme for the anniversary version and the bug. PreBlack VS 1.1 for Windows 7. For those who have never tried this vs go ahead cause its amazing.
